transitional home

The Transitional Home will be available for youth who are able to adapt to a communal living environment, and who commit to active participation in the daily schedule of programs and services provided by Abriter staff.

short to medium-term stay

* Five short to medium-term residences (for stays of one month to one year) provide participants with support toward healthy personal, pregnancy, and parenting outcomes, as well as the time to make longer-term independent living arrangements.

longer-term stay

* Two long-term residences (for stays of one to two years) located on the second floor provide increased stability for the participant and her child/children. The participant has demonstrated the capacity to ensure the safety and well-being of her child/children to be located in this space and has personal and/or professional long-term established goals.
